- A 4-week LOPA workshop for an offshore facility in the Malaysia–Thailand Joint Development Area
- A HAZOP for a GTL plant in Malaysia
- Safety assessment and advisory support for a major FMCG factory with global distribution
- SIL/LOPA assessment for an offshore facility planned for operation in Sarawak waters
- Alarm Rationalization for an offshore facility planned for operation in Vietnam
- Functional Safety Assessment Stage 2 for a major onshore facility in Sarawak
- Development of numerous technical documents for our very own National Oil Company
- HAZOP for a power plant in Singapore
