Earlier this year, our consultants completed a HAZOP revalidation for an offshore facility located in the Malaysia–Thailand Joint Development Area. The workshop was completed successfully, marked by strong engagement and support from all participants. The diverse expertise and in-depth operational knowledge present in the room greatly enriched the discussions, enabling a thorough and insightful review of process safety risks.
This collaborative environment ensured all scenarios were rigorously assessed, and actionable recommendations were identified to enhance the facility’s overall safety and integrity.
We are now continuing with a LOPA workshop, following the inputs from the HAZOP.
